        If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via customer@iktops.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

        Tracking Your Order

        You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. And it takes 5-7 business days for the logistics tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.

        Unclaimed Orders

        We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.


        Custom / Duty Fees / Remittance Fee

        Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Packages

        If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

        If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
